As Birth Workers we’re used to holding space for others. Today Brilliant Bodies invites you to:
HOLD SPACE FOR YOURSELF SO YOU CAN BETTER HOLD SPACE FOR OTHERS.
Join us on a transportive night of meditation lead by Jesse Flower-Ambroch. We’ll utilize breathing techniques, visualization, vocalization, and a host of unique instruments to facilitate deep insight, clarity, and relaxation.
This is an extraordinary way to process your experiences as a birth worker and get some serious YOU time.
Trust yourself. Discover and accept complex emotions and fears. Be inspired. Cry. Sing. Laugh. Sleep. Feel good. Let go.
Join us on MAY 24, 7:00 PM - 10:00 PM
63 North 3rd St.
Brooklyn NY 11249
$20-40 Sliding scale
*We hope you can make it but as birth workers we know that birth is unpredictable. Don't worry! Tickets are transferable, just send us a note to let us know.
**As much as we love your kiddos this experience is for YOU, so those who need your tender lovin care need to sit this one out as you give it to yourself.
