Early Bird Spring 17

We hear you. So much to think about, plan and learn before baby joins the family. There are TONS of resources out there, but where do you even start? What books to read? What classes to take? What to eat and how stay healthy?

Deep breaths. We've got you.

Let's get together and talk it all out now so that you can release into the rest of your pregnancy and feel a bit more prepared.  We'll go through what to expect per trimester, how to best support yourself during each trimester, how to choose a care provider and a birth team, and your options in labor and birth.  We'll also answer all the questions you always wanted to ask.

We'll end the afternoon talking with Lauren Dulberg, Licensed and Board Certified Acupuncturist and Herbalist, about how to take care of yourself throughout pregnancy and beyond.

Sunday 3/19 4-6 pm at YinOva Center
